Discussing over meal
Every week we have this 'un-official' meeting (mostly over meals:), just to have different atmosphere while discussing many important projects, goals, design concepts, and team. We find that, somehow, food and beverages are good 'adhesive' for good discussion. The meals may expand as team members join the meeting, and this may cause serious overnight discussion :).
Anyway, we love to discuss many design related materials, as well as how people evoked by them. There are no boundary for every member to speak out their ideas, and this has actually helped us stand 'our signature' on every design task we have, as thoroughly planned concept.
